JD Malone A 20-year-old Coopersburg man struck a patrol vehicle with his all-terrain vehicle early this morning and wasn't detained until he was held at gunpoint after a joyride through streets and parking lots along Stefko Boulevard, Bethlehem police report. Michael Williams was driving a four-wheel ATV on Geraldine Street, through lots, over snow banks and on Stefko Boulevard in the wee hours this morning as police tried to corral his activity, according to police. Williams hit a police SUV during the joyride, causing minor damage, police said. No one was injured. Williams' passenger, a female, was not injured and she was not charged with any crime. Police finally stopped Williams when officers drew their weapons. Police said Williams was charged with aggravated assault, careless driving, drunken driving and numerous motor vehicle violations.
