Grantville Man Tasered After Refusing to Stop His ATV for State Police |

Valerie Waltz EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Lebanon County - A Grantville man is facing multiple charges after State Police say he fled on an ATV after they attempted to pull him over. It happened on Sunday around 4:30 in the morning along Route 443 between Park Drive and Harrison School Road in East Hanover Township. According to a news release, 45 year-old Scott Stouffer was riding east on Route 443 on an ATV when a Trooper attempted to pull him over. That's when Stouffer sped up and fled onto private property. The trooper ordered Stouffer and his female passanger to stop, but they refused to obey the Trooper's orders. As Stouffer attempted to race off the Trooper tasered him.
