Man Dies After Troopers Attempt to Pull Him Over on ATV |

Veronica Goad RALEIGH COUNTY-- West Virginia State Troopers say the 26-year-old Timothy James Graley, of Charleston, was killed in an ATV accident. Troopers say the accident happened around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the Kayford Mountain area of Raleigh County. Troopers say the were attempting to stop Graley. They say he did not comply with their request and ended up in some sort of ATV accident that resulted in his death.
